New Brothers!

We at Delta Chi Kent State Chapter are excited to welcome our 7 new men into the bond of a lifetime! Check out the brothers page soon for pictures and information about these new men!
Homecoming Pig Roast

Homecoming was a great success! The brothers put in a ton of effort to make the house and its brand new wood floors look amazing for all of the guests. We were joined by family members, alumni, a few Kent State Founding Fathers, and a few members from the Delta Chi chapter in Windsor, Canada. We had great food and a great pig which were both topped off by our Legacy Table which proudly displayed pictures, t-shirts, paddles, and a branding iron from the past 18 years. We at the Kent State chapter of Delta Chi would like to thank everyone for coming and making this the best Homecoming ever!
Fall Semester
Hello Everyone!

Fall semester 2008 is now in full swing! We excited that we are meeting many great new freshman, and introducing them into the life long brotherhood that is Delta Chi! Soon we will be going to Cedar Point to work as ScreamTeam in their haunted houses while raising money for our fraternity. Associate Member Ceremony is fast approaching on September 21st, and we are ecstatic for all the new men to take their first step into our life long brotherhood!

Letter From The President
As President of the Delta Chi Fraternity here at Kent State University, I encourage your interest in Greek Life.

You may fear an association with a fraternity due to the negative stereotypes and rumors. We, at The Kent State Delta Chi, take a lot of pride in our chapter’s diversity and the fact that we do not tolerate hazing. Delta Chi was the first general fraternity to abolish hazing back in 1929.

Should you become a member of Delta Chi, you will find yourself on the verge of embarking in a life-long experience that’s been cherished internationally by more than 90,000 collegian men since our founding a Cornell as a law fraternity in 1890.

Every brother in our chapter carries with them the shared values of a Delta Chi. Grades are our main priority. We strive in; assisting in the acquisition of a sound education at Kent State, promoting our friendships, developing each other’s character, advancing in life with justice and helping each other grow.

In The Bond,

Mike Smith
“A” Kent State Chapter
